Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per Anfang 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit als Kundendienstmitarbeiter/in Carrosserie.

Du hast eine Ausbildung im Carrosseriegewerbe, Freude am Kundenkontakt und möchtest deine Fachkenntnisse mit einer abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeit im Kundendienst verbinden? Du arbeitest zuverlässig, behältst auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick und hältst Termine und Absprachen zuverlässig ein? Dann freuen wir uns, dich kennenzulernen.

Deine Aufgaben

\-Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden von der Fahrzeugannahme bis zur Fahrzeugrückgabe \-Begleitung und Koordination der Reparaturaufträge \-Erstellung und Prüfung von Schadenkalkulationen, Offerten und Rechnungsvorbereitungen \-Abwicklung von Schäden mit Versicherungen und Schadenexperten \-Koordination der Reparaturaufträge mit der Werkstatt sowie Überwachung von Terminen und Abläufen \-Bestellung von Ersatzteilen und Unterstützung der Werkstatt \-Bearbeitung von Telefon\- und E\-Mail\-Anfragen sowie allgemeine organisatorische Aufgaben

Dein Profil

\-Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Carrosseriespengler/in EFZ oder Carrosserielackierer/in EFZ \-Erfahrung in der Schadenabwicklung, Kalkulation (SilverDAT) und/oder Offertenerstellung von Vorteil \-Gute PC\-Kenntnisse \-Führerausweis Kategorie B \-Sehr zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit \-Freundliche, kommunikative und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit \-Selbstständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise \-Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Freude an einer abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeit \-Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
