Was erwartet dich?

  • Mitarbeit in unserem telefonischen Kundenservicecenter
  • Mitarbeit in verschiedenen administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgabenbereichen
  • Sicherstellung eines freundlichen, professionellen und effizienten Kundenservices
  • Unterstützung unserer Kundschaft bei alltäglichen Bankgeschäften
  • Erkennen von Bedürfnissen und Beratungsfeldern
  • Persönliche Betreuung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden in der Kundenzone

Was bringst du mit?

  • Banklehre oder Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbranche
  • Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt
