Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

  • Sie vermitteln zwischen unseren Automechaniker/innen und unserer Kundschaft und verstehen dies ebenso als Dienst am Kunden wie am Werkstattpersonal.
  • Sie begleiten und gestalten Werkstattprozesse und benachrichtigen gegebenenfalls die Kunden.
  • Sie betreuen unsere Kunden am Telefon sowie an der Theke und informieren über erledigte Arbeiten.
  • Sie erledigen Administratives: Vorbereitung und Verrechnung von Werkstattaufträgen; Garantieeingaben; Verrechnung von Ersatzteilen; Programmierung des Schlüsselkastens.
  • Sie beraten unsere Kunden und verkaufen Ersatzteile und Zubehör.
  • Sie sind an Reifentagen auch an Samstagen im Einsatz.

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

  • Sie haben Ihre kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Erfolg abgeschlossen.
  • Sie sind lernbereit und erweitern gerne ihre sozialen und fachlichen Kompetenzen.
  • Sie stehen auch privat voll und ganz hinter unseren Hausmarken Toyota und Suzuki.
  • Sie haben Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und gestalten gerne Beziehungen.
  • Sie bleiben auch in schwierigen Gesprächssituationen gelassen.

Wir suchen jemanden, der bereit ist, neue Herausforderungen anzunehmen und sich flexibel einzusetzen! Unsere Stelle bietet eine einzigartige Kombination aus Kundendienst, Ersatzteillager und Abwicklung von Carrosserieschäden. Sie werden alle zwei Monate zwischen diesen Bereichen wechseln, sodass Sie zwei Monate im Kundendienst arbeiten und dann wieder zwei Monate im Ersatzteillager und Carrosserieabwicklung.

Das bedeutet, dass Sie immer wieder neue Aufgaben und Herausforderungen haben werden, um Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse zu erweitern. Und um sicherzustellen, dass Sie auch genug Zeit für sich selbst haben, bieten wir Ihnen in den Monaten, in denen Sie im Kundendienst arbeiten, einen freien Tag pro Woche an.
