Du bist ein Organisationstalent und liebst es, hinter den Kulissen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu sorgen? Arbeitest du superpräzise, detailorientiert sowie strukturiert und hast gleichzeitig grosse Freude daran, mit unserer Community - unseren Kund:innen und Partner:innen - in Kontakt zu sein? Denkst du gern mit und möchtest du deine Fähigkeiten für ein sinnstiftendes Projekt einsetzen, das die nächste Generation von Mädchen stärkt? Dann werde Teil von KALEIO!  

KALEIO ist eine gemeinnützige Organisation mit Sitz in Basel. Wir begleiten, fördern und stärken Mädchen, damit sie gross werden, ohne sich klein zu machen. Seit 2020 setzen wir dies mit dem gedruckten, klischeefreien Magazin KALEIO sowie weiteren Publikationen und Initiativen erfolgreich um. Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir per 1. Februar 2027 eine:n Mitarbeiter:in im Bereich Kundenservice und Backoffice. 

Dein Wirkungsbereich 

Kund:innenservice: Du betreust unsere Kund:innen herzlich und zuverlässig und kümmerst dich gemeinsam mit unserem Abo-Service um alle Anliegen rund ums Abonnement.  

Bestellungen und Verkauf: Du sorgst dafür, dass Bestellungen aus unserem Online-Shop sowie von Buchhandlungen und Geschäftskund:innen reibungslos abgewickelt werden.  

Versand und Logistik: Du koordinierst Magazinversand und Logistik mit unseren externen Partner:innen und behältst unsere Lagerbestände im Blick.  

Datenbankpflege: Pflege und Aktualisierung unserer Datenbanken sowie Aufbereitung von Kontakt- und Adressdaten für Mailings und Versände. 

Backoffice und Team-Support: Du hältst im Büroalltag die Fäden zusammen, kümmerst dich um Korrespondenz und Administration und entlastest das Team dort, wo es nötig ist. 

Was du mitbringst  

Selbständigkeit und Motivation: Du hast eine lösungsorientierte Hands-on-Mentalität und arbeitest selbstständig. Du liebst es, mit Menschen in Kontakt zu sein, und behältst gern verschiedene Hüte auf 

Kompetenzen: Strukturierte, zuverlässige und organisierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein gutes Flair für Zahlen und Rechnungen. 

IT-Kenntnisse: Du bringst eine Leichtigkeit im Umgang mit digitalen Tools mit und lernst neue Systeme unkompliziert dazu. 

Sprache: Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse (Muttersprache oder mind. C1).
