Die Plus34 AG gestaltet Angebote für die soziale und berufliche Integration in der Schweiz. Sie entwickelt das Integrationsmodell der Dock Gruppe AG, gadPlus AG, Port34 AG und WeGe8 AG strategisch weiter. Getragen wird die Gruppe von der Stiftung für Arbeit.

Kursleiter/-in Bewerbungstraining und Arbeitsintegration (60%)

  • Bewerbungstrainings lebendig und praxisnah leiten
  • Stellensuche, Bewerbungsdossier und Vorstellungsgespräche trainieren
  • Teilnehmende individuell coachen und ihre Eigeninitiative stärken
  • Digitale Kompetenzen fördern und Online-Bewerbungen begleiten
  • Realistische berufliche Perspektiven entwickeln und umsetzen

 

Das bringen Sie mit

  • SVEB-Zertifikat Ausbilder/-in (Stufe 1) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in Arbeitsintegration, Jobcoaching, Erwachsenenbildung oder Personalberatung
  • Freude daran, Menschen zu motivieren und zu befähigen
  • Empathie, Kommunikationsstärke und ein gutes Gespür für Menschen
  • Gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Arbeitsmarktes von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verlässliche Arbeitsweise
