Seit 1974 entwickeln und produzieren wir ein umfangreiches Produktsortiment, das in nahezu allen industriellen Applikationen Anwendung findet – von der \- und Umweltbranche über die Rohstoffförderung bis hin zur Luft\- und Raumfahrt.

KVP\-Mechaniker:in 80 \- 100 % ==============================

Hauptaufgaben

• Verantwortung für die optimale Arbeitsplatzgestaltung in der Produktion hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosten und Ergonomie

• Betreuung und Lagerbewirtschaftung der Kaizen\-Werkstatt

• Unterstützung der Produktionsmitarbeitenden bei der praktischen Umsetzung ihrer Verbesserungsideen

• Aufbau und Inbetriebnahme von Produktionsinseln und Fertigungslinien

• Aktive Mitarbeit im kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess und Gestaltung von Veränderungen in Prozessen und Arbeitsweisen

Profil

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung und Erfahrung als Polymechaniker:in, Produktionsmechaniker:in oder in einer vergleichbaren Position

• Erste Erfahrung im Management oder mit Kaizen\-Methoden von Vorteil

• Handwerkliches Geschick, Kreativität und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise

• Offene und kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit mit Kommunikationsgeschick und Freude daran Verbesserungen gemeinsam im Team voranzutreiben

• IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse und Erfahrung mit ERP\-Systemen sind von Vorteil

• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
