The posting

Bachem est un leader mondial dans le développement et la fabrication de peptides et d'oligonucléotides destinés à l'industrie pharmaceutique. Afin de renforcer notre équipe Technical Operations à Vionnaz (Valais, Suisse), nous recherchons un(e) Lab Technician Technical Operation (all) à 100% motivé(e) et passionné(e) par le travail de laboratoire et le développement de procédés chimiques.

 

Vos missions

Au sein du département Tech Ops, vous participez activement au développement et à l'optimisation des procédés de synthèse et contribuez au transfert des procédés vers les opérations.

Vos principales missions sont les suivantes :

  • Réaliser la mise au point et l'optimisation de procédés de synthèse.
  • Participer au développement de méthodes d'analyse
  • Effectuer des séparations et purifications à l'aide d'équipements chromatographiques.
  • Rédiger les rapports et assurer le suivi des essais de laboratoire.
  • Participer au transfert de procédés vers les équipes opérationnelles.
  • Fournir un support technique aux équipes Pilote, Production et Contrôle Qualité lorsque nécessaire.
  • Veiller au respect des instructions de fabrication et de stockage afin de garantir la qualité des produits.
  • Contribuer à l'entretien des équipements et au bon fonctionnement du laboratoire.
  • Participer à la formation des apprenti(e)s.
  • Assurer le respect des exigences GMP, GLP, ainsi que des règles de sécurité, santé et environnement.
  • Gérer les commandes de matériel et consommables de laboratoire et échanger avec les fournisseurs.

 

Votre profil

  • CFC de laborantin(e) de chimie ou formation jugée équivalente.
  • Quelques années d'expérience dans un environnement de laboratoire chimique ou pharmaceutique.
  • Bonnes connaissances des normes GMP et/ou GLP.
  • Expérience pratique en synthèse chimique et techniques chromatographiques.
  • Bonnes connaissances des outils informatiques usuels.
  • Connaissances de SAP et/ou de systèmes LIMS constituent un atout.
  • Maîtrise du français à l'oral et à l'écrit ; l'anglais représente un avantage.
  • Esprit d'équipe, rigueur, autonomie et orientation qualité.
