Technicien de laboratoire 80%-100%

Votre mission

Assurer le bon déroulement et la sécurité des opérations quotidiennes du laboratoire tout en fournissant un support technique aux chercheurs et étudiants dans les domaines de la biologie moléculaire, de la culture cellulaire et des flux microfluidiques.

Principales tâches et responsabilités

  • Soutien à la gestion du laboratoire
  • Commande des fournitures et consommables de laboratoire
  • Tenue et mise à jour des inventaires de produits chimiques et biologiques
  • Maintenance des instruments
  • Préparation des solutions courantes pour le laboratoire
  • Maintien d'un laboratoire bien entretenu avec les membres de l'équipe
  • Superviser les bonnes pratiques de laboratoire et les règles de biosécurité
  • Soutenir les chercheurs et étudiants dans leurs expériences
  • Techniques conventionnelles de biologie moléculaire (PCR, RT-PCR, Western)
  • Culture cellulaire
  • Préparation de bibliothèques pour le séquençage
  • Marquage par immunofluorescence et cytométrie en flux
  • Fabrication de puces microfluidiques
  • Réalisation d'expériences avec différents dispositifs microfluidiques
  • Rédaction de rapports et communication des résultats
  • Participation à la planification des projets avec les membres de l'équipe
  • Participation au développement et à la validation de nouveaux protocoles et techniques

Votre profil

  • Diplôme d'école de technicien de laboratoire (CFC ou ECL) ou équivalent, ou licence dans une discipline pertinente.
  • Expérience avec la préparation de bibliothèques et les dispositifs microfluidiques.
  • Excellente maîtrise orale et écrite de l'anglais et du français.
  • Personnalité très organisée et interactive.
  • Souci du détail, capable de gérer plusieurs tâches et d'effectuer un travail précis, ainsi que d'enregistrer et de rapporter les résultats avec clarté et précision.
  • Proactif et motivé pour apprendre et maîtriser de nouvelles méthodes et techniques.
  • Capable de travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
