Die LGT Geolab AG ist ein eigenständiges Schweizer Unternehmen mit Standort in Obergösgen (SO) und bietet Dienstleistungen für Geologie- Bauingenieur- und Planungsbüros. Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen Laborleiter/in Geotechnik & Qualitätsmanagement (80–100 %) In dieser verantwortungsvollen Schlüsselposition übernimmst du die fachliche und organisatorische Leitung unseres Boden- und Geotechniklabors. Du stellst die normgerechte Durchführung unserer Laborprüfungen sicher und wirkst aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Qualitätsmanagements sowie beim Akkreditierungsprozess mit.

Deine Aufgaben • Du führst unser Boden- und Geotechniklabor fachlich und organisatorisch selbstständig. • Du führst Laborprüfungen wie Wassergehalt, Korngrössenverteilung, Proctor, Atterberg-Grenzen, Raumdichte, Karbonatgehalt und Glühverlust etc. normgerecht durch und plausibilisierst die Ergebnisse. • Du stellst eine fachgerechte Probenvorbereitung, Dokumentation sowie normkonforme Prüfabläufe sicher. • Du verantwortest die Prüf- und Laborgeräte inklusive Wartung, Überwachung und Kalibrierung. • Du pflegst die relevanten Arbeits-, Prüf- und Verfahrensanweisungen. • Du verantwortest das Qualitätsmanagement nach ISO 9001 und wirkst aktiv beim Akkreditierungsprozess nach ISO/IEC 17025 mit. • Du begleitest interne und externe Audits und entwickelst das Labor fachlich und qualitativ weiter.

Dein Profil: • Technische oder naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung, idealerweise in Geotechnik, Geologie, Bodenmechanik oder Baustoffprüfung. • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in einem Boden-, Geotechnik- oder Baustoffprüflabor. • Sicherer und selbstständiger Umgang mit den relevanten Prüfverfahren und Normen sowie Erfahrung in der Plausibilisierung von Ergebnissen. • Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement nach ISO 9001 und/oder ISO/IEC 17025, idealerweise mit Audit- oder Akkreditierungserfahrung. • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise mit Freude an der Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Labors. • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
