Für die nächste Entwicklungsphase suchen wir im exklusiven Auftrag eine Persönlichkeit als Lead Accountant, die mit unternehmerischem Denken, Fachkompetenz und Gestaltungsfreude dazu beiträgt, die Erfolgsgeschichte von Howden Schweiz weiterzuführen.

Deine Herausforderung

* Abschlüsse \& Accounting + Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Monats\-, Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüsse und stellst sicher, dass diese sauber, korrekt und termingerecht erstellt werden + Du sorgst für korrekte Verbuchungen nach OR und IFRS und bringst deine Abschlusssicherheit gezielt in komplexere Fragestellungen ein + Du unterstützt bei Steuer\-, Betriebsbuchhaltungs\- und Reporting\-Themen und stellst eine verlässliche finanzielle Datenbasis sicher * Prozessentwicklung \& Integration + Du wirkst bei der Zentralisierung und Harmonisierung der Accounting\-Prozesse mit und nutzt Abacus gezielt, um Abläufe zu automatisieren und weiterzuentwickeln + Du optimierst Schnittstellen zu internen Bereichen wie HR, Controlling, FP\&A und weiteren Fachstellen + Du unterstützt bei der Integration akquirierter Gesellschaften und hilfst mit, Strukturen, Prozesse und Standards nachhaltig zu vereinheitlichen * Verantwortung \& Entwicklungsperspektive + Du verantwortest das Accounting aus fachlicher Sicht und unterstützt den Head of Finance \& Controlling + Du bringst dich aktiv in die fachliche Weiterentwicklung des Accounting\-Teams ein und sorgst dafür, dass operative Qualität und pragmatische Lösungen zusammenfinden

Kurz: In dieser Rolle verbindest du operative Abschlusssicherheit mit Prozessverständnis, Freude an Menschen und Gestaltungsfreude. Du sorgst dafür, dass Zahlen stimmen, Abläufe funktionieren und das Accounting von Howden Schweiz mit dem Wachstum Schritt hält.

Deine Qualitäten und Begabungen

  • Du hast einen Abschluss als eidg. dipl. Expert in Rechnungslegung und Controlling oder als Treuhandexpert mit starkem Accounting\- und Abschlussfokus – oder stehst kurz vor dem jeweiligen Abschluss
  • Du bringst mindestens fünf Jahre relevante Erfahrung im Accounting mit, vorzugsweise in einem Konzernumfeld oder einer vergleichbar komplexen Organisation (\> 150 MA)
  • Monats\-, Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüsse nach OR und IFRS gehören zu deinem fachlichen Alltag
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Excel\-Kenntnisse und bringst Erfahrung mit Abacus mit
  • Prozessoptimierung, Harmonisierung und die Weiterentwicklung von Accounting\-Strukturen machen dir Freude
  • Erfahrung mit komplexeren Kostenstellen\-, Standort\- oder Betriebsstättenstrukturen ist von grossem Vorteil
  • Du arbeitest genau, pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung im Team
  • Deutsch beherrschst du auf muttersprachlichem Niveau, Englisch sprichst du sehr gut; Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
