Als Lead Architekt und Teamleiter Architektur führst du ein Team von 8 Architektinnen und Architekten und übernimmst die zentrale Steuerung der IT-Architektur der CONCORDIA: Du sorgst dafür, dass sich unsere IT Landschaft kohärent, zukunftsgerichtet und strategiegetrieben weiterentwickelt, bist das verbindende Element zwischen Business, IT Strategie und Umsetzung und stellst sicher, dass Architektur, Technologie und Produktentwicklung optimal zusammenspielen.

Das erwartet dich ###

  • Gesamtverantwortung und zentrale steuernde Instanz für die gesamte IT Architektur (Enterprise, Security, Solution Architecture).
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der IT-Architektur und Ausrichtung auf zukünftige Anforderungen.
  • Definition, Ausbau und Pflege der Zielarchitektur inkl. Roadmaps.
  • Sicherstellen einer konsistenten Architektur über alle Produktgruppen hinweg.
  • Moderation von Architekturentscheidungen, Etablierung der entsprechenden Entscheidungsprozesse und Leitung der Architekturgremien.
  • Definition von Architekturprinzipien, Vorgaben, Technologie Standards und Policies.
  • Bewertung von technologischen Entwicklungen im Markt und in der Branche.
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines starken Partnernetzwerkes.
  • Übersetzung von Business und IT-Strategie in konkrete architektonische Zielbilder, Handlungsfelder und Massnahmen.
  • Schaffen von Transparenz über die Architektur und ihre Weiterentwicklung in der gesamten Organisation.
  • Verantwortung für das Applikations- und Schnittstelleninventar als zentrale Grundlage für das Management der IT-Landschaft.

Das bringst du mit ###

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwesen) oder gleichwertige Ausbildung mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer leitenden Architekturrolle, idealerweise in einer komplexen, produktorientierten IT Landschaft.
  • Fundiertes Verständnis moderner Architekturansätze (Cloud, Data, Plattformen, AI) sowie breite Erfahrung in Enterprise Architecture, Security Architecture und Solution Architecture.
  • Starkes strategisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, IT Strategie in umsetzbare Architekturlösungen zu überführen.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten; Durchsetzungsvermögen gepaart mit Teamorientierung.
  • Praxis in der Erstellung von Architektur Roadmaps, Standards und Policies.
  • Erfahrung in der Bewertung und Einführung neuer Technologien
  • Eine agile Arbeits- und Denkweise.

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
