Arbeitsort: Luzern (teilweise Homeoffice möglich) Pensum: 80-100% Eintritt: Nach Vereinbarung Deine Aufgaben: Gesamtverantwortung für die IT-Architektur (Enterprise, Security und Solution Architecture) und Führung eines Teams von acht Architektinnen und Architekten Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der IT-Architektur und Ausrichtung auf künftige Anforderungen Definition, Ausbau und Pflege der Zielarchitektur inklusive Roadmaps Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Architektur über alle Produktgruppen hinweg Moderation von Architekturentscheiden, Etablierung der Entscheidungsprozesse und Leitung der Architekturgremien Definition von Architekturprinzipien, Vorgaben, Technologiestandards und Policies Bewertung technologischer Entwicklungen in Markt und Branche sowie Aufbau und Pflege eines starken Partnernetzwerks Übersetzung von Business- und IT-Strategie in konkrete architektonische Zielbilder, Handlungsfelder und Massnahmen Verantwortung für das Applikations- und Schnittstelleninventar als zentrale Grundlage für das Management der IT-Landschaft Dein Profil: Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Ingenieurwesen oder gleichwertige Ausbildung mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer leitenden Architekturrolle, idealerweise in einer komplexen, produktorientierten IT-Landschaft Fundiertes Verständnis moderner Architekturansätze (Cloud, Data, Plattformen, AI) sowie breite Erfahrung in Enterprise-, Security- und Solution-Architecture Starkes strategisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, IT-Strategie in umsetzbare Architekturlösungen zu überführen Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten, Durchsetzungsvermögen gepaart mit Teamorientierung Praxis in der Erstellung von Architektur-Roadmaps, Standards und Policies sowie Erfahrung in der Bewertung und Einführung neuer Technologien Agile Arbeits- und Denkweise Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil Deine Benefits: 41-Stunden-Woche mit flexiblen Arbeitszeitmodellen und Teilzeitmöglichkeiten Für ausgewählte Tätigkeiten regelmässig Arbeiten von zu Hause aus Unterstützung interner und externer Weiterbildungen sowie individuelle Karriereplanung Attraktive Pensionskasse mit überdurchschnittlichen Arbeitgeberbeiträgen Beteiligung an den Krankenversicherungsprämien für dich und deine Familie Mindestens fünf Wochen Ferien
