Für ein etabliertes Dienstleistungsunternehmen im Raum Bern suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit al Lead IT Infrastructure Engineer (m/w). In dieser vielseitigen Funktion arbeitetest du eigenverantwortlich, bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs ein und übernimmst schrittweise zusätzliche fachliche Verantwortung.

Was Dich erwartet:

  • Design, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der IT\-Infrastruktur
  • Mitwirkung bei Architektur\-, Lifecycle\- und Technologieentscheidungen
  • Technische Verantwortung in den Bereichen Microsoft\-Infrastruktur, Virtualisierung, Storage, Backup sowie Workplace und VDI
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Infrastruktur\-Changes und technischen Projekten
  • Analyse und Lösung komplexer technischer Störungen
  • Führungs\- und Koordinationsaufgaben innerhalb des Engineering\-Teams
  • Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung der Engineers bei technischen und organisatorischen Fragestellungen
  • Weiterentwicklung von Standards, Dokumentation und technischen Lösungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Support, internen Stakeholdern, Kunden und externen Partnern

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Informatiker EFZ oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als System Engineer in anspruchsvollen IT\-Umgebungen
  • Erfahrung in Design, Betrieb und Troubleshooting komplexer IT\-Infrastrukturen
  • Breites Know\-how in Microsoft Server \& Cloud, Virtualisierung, Storage, Backup und VDI
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID und Microsoft 365
  • Erfahrung mit VMware, idealerweise auch Citrix
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungssichere Schweizerdeutsch\- und Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englisch\- und/oder Französischkenntnisse
