Ihre Aufgabe ##

- Architektur & Vision: Du konzipierst und verantwortest die Ende-zu-Ende-Datenarchitektur in der zentralen Order-Management-Plattform und stellst deren Performance, Skalierbarkeit und Resilienz sicher.

- Strategischer Sparringspartner: Du arbeitest eng mit Product Ownern, Software Engineers, Data Engineers und Business-Spezialisten aus Finanz- und Betrugspräventions-Teams zusammen, um komplexe Fachanforderungen in elegante Datenmodelle zu übersetzen.

- Hands-on & Mentoring: Du begleitest Interdisziplinäre Teams bei Architekturentscheidungen, etablierst Best Practices für Data Governance sowie Data Modeling und übersetzt Unternehmensziele in klare technische Roadmaps.

- Innovation & Modernisierung: Du evaluierst kontinuierlich neue Technologien, modernisierst bestehende Datenflüsse (Streaming & Batch) und treibst eine kompromisslose Data-Driven-Kultur voran.

Ihr Profil ##

- Mehrjährige Architektur-Expertise: Fundierte Erfahrung als Data Architect, Enterprise Architect oder Lead Data Engineer im Big-Data- oder High-Scale-E-Commerce-Umfeld.

- Exzellentes Technical Domain Knowledge: Tiefes Verständnis für moderne Datenmodellierung (Relational, NoSQL, Event-Driven Architectures), Cloud-Datenplattformen sowie Enterprise-Integrationen (z. B. Event Streaming via Kafka, DWH/Data Lakehouse).

- Business Understanding: Starke Affinität zu Transaktionsdaten, Finanzdatenströmen und Risikomanagement-Systemen.

- Kommunikations- & Durchsetzungsstärke: Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Konzepte sowohl Entwicklungs-Teams als auch Stakeholdern auf Management-Ebene klar zu vermitteln.

- Sprachen: Fließendes Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse für die Arbeit in einem internationalen Engineering-Umfeld.
