Du brennst für Product Management, möchtest Verantwortung übernehmen und nicht nur Produkte, sondern auch die Art und Weise, wie Product Management gelebt wird, aktiv mitgestalten?

Als Lead Product Management übernimmst du die fachliche Verantwortung für unser Product Management im Abacus Bereich. Du erhältst den Gestaltungsspielraum, gemeinsam mit deinem Team unser Product Management und das AXsolutions\-Portfolio gezielt weiterzuentwickeln. Dabei erkennst du Marktchancen und Kundenbedürfnisse, bringst neue Ideen ein und sorgst dafür, dass daraus konkrete Lösungen entstehen.

In deiner Rolle arbeitest du eng mit Abacus, unseren Partnern und verschiedenen Bereichen innerhalb von Axept zusammen. Gleichzeitig bleibst du nah am operativen Geschäft und treibst ausgewählte Themen selbst voran.

Das macht deinen Alltag spannend:

  • Markt im Blick: Du erkennst Kundenbedürfnisse, Marktchancen sowie neue Softwarelösungen und leitest daraus Ideen und konkrete Massnahmen für unser Produktportfolio ab
  • Product Management gestalten: Du prägst die Weiterentwicklung unseres Product Managements und schaffst die Strukturen und Arbeitsweisen, mit denen wir unser Produktportfolio künftig noch gezielter entwickeln
  • Portfolio vorantreiben: Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Product Management\-Team unser AXsolutions\-Portfolio weiter und stellst die Ausrichtung an unseren Unternehmenszielen sicher
  • Partnerschaften entwickeln: Du entwickelst strategische Beziehungen zu Partnern und Softwareherstellern weiter, prüfst neue Produkte und Partnerschaften und wirkst bei strategischen Gesprächen und Verhandlungen auf Management\-Ebene mit
  • Axept vernetzen: Du erkennst Synergien innerhalb von Axept und förderst aktiv den Austausch und die Zusammenarbeit über unsere Business Units hinweg
  • Fachliche Führung: Du übernimmst operative Verantwortung im Product Management und treibst Massnahmen, Produkte und Partnerschaften eigenständig voran
  • Networking: Du vertrittst den Bereich Product Management an internen und externen Veranstaltungen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Product Management oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion im Software\- oder IT\-Umfeld. Erfahrung im Abacus Umfeld ist ein grosses*Plus*, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Du denkst unternehmerisch und strategisch, verlierst dabei aber die operative Umsetzung nicht aus den Augen
  • Du verfügst über ein gutes Gespür für Markt\- und Kundenbedürfnisse und kannst unterschiedliche Anforderungen einordnen und sinnvoll priorisieren
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und bewegst dich sicher im Austausch mit Mitarbeitenden, Management, Kunden, Softwareherstellern und Partnern
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und selbstständig und behältst auch bei unterschiedlichen Themen und Anspruchsgruppen den Überblick
  • Deine Kolleginnen und Kollegen freuen sich auf Verstärkung von einer unkomplizierten Person, die gerne Verantwortung übernimmt, Dinge vorantreibt und dabei auch gerne einmal lacht
