Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine treibende Kraft, die den Lead im Bereich Software Testing übernimmt und die Brücke zwischen Entwicklung, Qualitätsversprechen und Kunden realisiert. Lead Software Quality \& Release Management (m/w/d) In dieser Schlüsselrolle übernehmen Sie die Hauptverantwortung für das Software Testing, die Release\-Planung und die Qualitätssicherung unserer Applikationen. Sie sorgen dafür, dass Updates fehlerfrei ausgerollt werden, lösen komplexe Fälle im 2nd\-Level\-Support und entwickeln eigenständig kleinere Applikationen oder Werkzeuge zur Prozessoptimierung. Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben Lead Software Testing: Verantwortung für die gesamte Teststrategie, Konzeption von Testfällen sowie Durchführung manueller und automatisierter Qualitätskontrollen. Release\- \& Softwareplanung: Releasemanagement in enger Abstimmung mit dem Entwicklerteam sowie Verantwortung für das fehlerfreie Deployment von Updates und Patches. 2nd\-Level\-Support \& Bug Fixing: Systematische Analyse, Nachstellung und Behebung technischer Fehler im direkten Austausch mit der Softwareentwicklung. Eigenständige Entwicklung: Umsetzung kleinerer Applikationen, interner Tools oder API\-Skripte zur Automatisierung von Test\- und Betriebsabläufen. Schnittstellenfunktion: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Dev\-, KI\- und Hardware\-Teams zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Produktqualität. Das bringst du mit Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik / Softwareentwicklung (FH, HF oder vergleichbar). Fundierte Erfahrung: Erprobte Praxis im Software Testing (ISTQB von Vorteil), in der Testautomatisierung sowie im modernen Release\-Handling. Technisches Know\-how: Gute Kenntnisse in REST\-APIs, modernen Softwarearchitekturen und der Fehleranalyse (Logging, Debugging). Entwicklungsskills: Erfahrung in einer gängigen Programmiersprache (z. B. , JavaScript, C\#), um eigenständig kleine Tools zu bauen. Arbeitsweise: Analytische Denkweise, hoher Qualitätsanspruch, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit an der Schnittstelle zur Entwicklung. Sprachen \& Bereitschaft: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Englisch von Vorteil); Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Einsätzen an Wochenenden oder Abenden bei kritischen Event\-Releases.
