Zur Weiterentwicklung unserer \-Kultur im Bereich Operations suchen wir einen engagierten Manager. In dieser Schlüsselrolle treibst du die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Montage\- und Logistikprozesse voran, erhöhst Effizienz und Produktivität und schaffst nachhaltige Mehrwerte für unsere Mitarbeitenden und unsere Organisation..

Deine Aufgaben

  • Weiterentwicklung unserer \-Kultur durch Coaching, Schulungen und Unterstützung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden
  • Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung des Production Systems (FPS) in Produktion und Logistik
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen entlang der Wertschöpfungskette
  • Leitung und Moderation von \- und Verbesserungsworkshops
  • Durchführung von Wertstromanalysen, MTM\-Analysen, 5S\-Audits und \-Balancing\-Projekten
  • Analyse und Reporting von KPI's sowie Präsentation von Verbesserungsmassnahmen und Ergebnissen

Dein Profil

  • Technische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Management
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Optimierung von Produktions\- und Logistikprozessen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in \-Methoden, Produktionssystemen und Continuous Improvement
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie in der Schulung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Analytische, umsetzungsstarke und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Hands\-on\-Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Gute MS\-Office\- und SAP\-Kenntnisse
