Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir eine:n international ausgerichtete:n Legal Adviser / Jurist:in (w/m/d) zur Verstärkung unseres jungen, dynamischen Teams.

Deine Aufgaben:

Du analysierst und bearbeitest eigenverantwortlich rechtliche Fragestellungen des internationalen Eisenbahntransportrechts sowie regulatorische Themen an der Schnittstelle von EU\-Recht und Transportrecht und berätst unsere Mitglieder.

Du betreust internationale Arbeitsgruppen/Ausschüsse im Bereich Güterverkehr, Personenverkehr und Infrastruktur sowohl inhaltlich als auch organisatorisch und bereitest deren Sitzungen und Beschlüsse vor.

In internationalen Partnerorganisationen und Expertengremien vertrittst Du die Positionen des CIT.

Die Erarbeitung von Stellungnahmen des CIT und Präsentationen für Workshops und Konferenzen gehört ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben.

Gemeinsam mit den Expert:innen der Mitgliedsunternehmen arbeitest Du an der laufenden Aktualisierung und Weiterentwicklung der CIT Produkte an der Schnittstelle zu Digitalisierung und KI.

Für die CIT\-Publikationen (Newsletter, Broschüren und wissenschaftliche Beiträge) erarbeitest Du qualifizierte Beiträge.

Dein Profil:

Du bringst ein überdurchschnittlich erfolgreich abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium (Master, Juristisches Staatsexamen oder gleichwertiger Abschluss), idealerweise mit Prädikat mit.

Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Interesse für regulatorische Fragestellungen und europäische Gesetzgebungs\- und Harmonisierungsprozesse. Erste praktische Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse im internationalen Transportrecht, Eisenbahnrecht, EU\-Recht sind wünschenswert. Wir bieten jedoch auch hochqualifizierten Berufseinsteigern eine Chance.

Eine selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Dich aus.

Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations\- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten in zwei offiziellen Sprachen des CIT sind weitere Stärken von Dir (vorwiegend Deutsch und Englisch Niveau C1\-C2; ösischkenntnisse von Vorteil).
