  • Umfassende rechtliche Beratung der internen Kunden im operativen Tagesgeschäft sowie in Projekten
  • Rechtliche Begleitung strategisch bedeutender Beschaffungs-, Technologie- und Entwicklungsprojekte
  • Erstellung, Prüfung, Verhandlung und Weiterentwicklung von Verträgen sowie Erarbeitung und - Aktualisierung von Vertragsmustern und weiteren juristischen Arbeitsinstrumenten
  • Identifikation, Analyse und Bewertung rechtlicher Risiken sowie Beratung und Unterstützung in Compliance-, Governance- und Risikomanagement-Themen mit praxisorientierten Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Betreuung und Koordination gerichtlicher und aussergerichtlicher Rechtsstreitigkeiten sowie Instruktion, Koordination und Führung externer Rechtsanwälte und Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden
  • Konzeption und Durchführung interner Schulungen zu rechtlichen und Governance-relevanten Themen
  • Übernahme von Legal Housekeeping-Aufgaben sowie Wahrnehmung gesellschaftsrechtlicher Sekretariatsaufgaben für Konzerngesellschaften
  • Beobachtung der Rechtsentwicklung sowie Umsetzung neuer gesetzlicher Anforderungen innerhalb der Organisation

Das bringst du mit

  • Universitätsabschluss in Rechtswissenschaften (Lizenziat oder Master), vorzugsweise mit Schweizer Anwaltspatent
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Unternehmensjurist/-in in einem Industrieunternehmen oder als Rechtsanwältin / Rechtsanwalt in einer wirtschaftsrechtlich ausgerichteten Anwaltskanzlei
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des schweizerischen Vertrags- Gesellschafts- und Wirtschaftsrechts
  • Vorzugsweise Erfahrung im Projektgeschäft und in der Verhandlung komplexer Verträge sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Corporate Governance
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
