Was du bewirkst ##

  • Du bearbeitest selbstständig anspruchsvolle Rechtsfragen aus den Fachbereichen des Schadencenters Romandie (Motorfahrzeug-, Sach-, Haftpflicht- und Personenschaden), mit Schwerpunkt im Haftpflicht- und Versicherungsrecht
  • Du betreust und führst französischsprachige Prozessfälle ab deren Rechtshängigkeit
  • Du unterstützt die Fachabteilungen in Regressfällen
  • Du konzipierst und führst interne Schulungen durch
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Schaden- und Fachbereichen in der West- und auch Deutschschweiz zusammen
  • Als dein Arbeitsort ist Givisiez vorgesehen, dies kann aber auch Basel sein

Was du mitbringst ##

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes juristisches CH-Studium und ein Schweizer Anwaltspatent
  • Du bringst mehrjährige praktische Berufserfahrung mit, vorzugsweise im Versicherungsumfeld und/oder in der Advokatur
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Haftpflicht- und Versicherungsrecht
  • Du überzeugst durch Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Du zeichnest dich durch hohe Lernbereitschaft und Engagement aus
  • Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (zwingend) zur Betreuung der Westschweizer Standorte und kommunizierst auf sehr gutem Niveau in deutscher Sprache (Kommunikationssprache im zugehörigen Team)
  • Du bist bereit für eine gewisse Reisetätigkeit (dies für Verhandlungen in der ganzen Westschweiz wie auch Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen in Basel)
