Ce que tu apportes ##

  • Tu traites de manière autonome des questions juridiques complexes relevant des domaines spécialisés du Centre de gestion des sinistres Romandie (véhicules automobiles, dommages aux biens, responsabilité civile et dommages corporels), avec un accent particulier sur le droit de la responsabilité civile et le droit des assurances
  • Tu assures le suivi et la conduite des procédures judiciaires dès l'ouverture de l'action en justice
  • Tu soutiens les départements spécialisés dans les dossiers de recours
  • Tu conçois et dispenses des formations internes
  • Tu collabores étroitement avec les équipes Sinistres et les départements spécialisés en Suisse romande ainsi qu'en Suisse alémanique
  • Le lieu de travail prévu est Givisiez, mais il peut également être situé à Bâle

Ton profil ##

  • Tu disposes d'un diplôme universitaire suisse en droit ainsi que du brevet d'avocat suisse
  • Tu bénéficies de plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle pratique, idéalement dans le domaine des assurances et/ou au sein d'une étude d'avocats
  • Tu disposes de solides connaissances en droit de la responsabilité civile et en droit des assurances
  • Tu te distingues par tes compétences en négociation, ton sens de l'affirmation et une approche orientée solutions
  • Tu fais preuve d'une grande capacité d'apprentissage et d'un fort engagement
  • Tu disposes d'excellentes connaissances du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (impératif), afin d'assurer le suivi des sites en Suisse romande, et tu communiques également avec aisance en allemand (langue de communication de l'équipe concernée)
  • Tu es prêt à effectuer certains déplacements, notamment pour des audiences dans toute la Suisse romande ainsi que pour participer à des réunions d'équipe à Bâle
