August 2027 Stellenbeschrieb Der Verein Chinderhuus Muur bietet familien- und schulergänzende Kinderbetreuung in Krippe und Horten an 6 Standorten in der Gemeinde Maur an. Per 1. August 2027 suchen wir eine/n motivierte/n, lernfreudige/n und fröhliche/n Lernende/n Lehre als FaBe Kinderbetreuung in der Krippe Das Schwergewicht liegt auf Kindern von 18 Monaten bis Kindergarteneintritt. Die Ausbildung wird ergänzt mit einem zweimonatigen Einsatz in einem unserer Hortbetriebe. Zuverlässigkeit, Engagement, Wissbegierde und Ausdauer ist die Basis, welche Dir hilft, Dich täglich den pädagogischen Herausforderungen zu stellen und daran zu wachsen. Ein freundlicher und wertschätzender Umgang mit den Kindern, Eltern und auch im Team setzen wir voraus. Wir bieten ein ausgesprochen herzliches, offenes, familiäres und wertschätzendes Arbeitsumfeld an. Professionelle sowie motivierte Berufsbildner/innen, ein bewährtes Ausbildungskonzept und interne Weiterbildungen werden Dich während der Lehre unterstützen.
