Jobbeschreibung ##

Die Lehre als Kaufmann/Kauffrau EFZ (Branche Transport) dauert drei Jahre. In unserer Administration und Verwaltung lernst du in verschiedenen Abteilungen die Arbeitsabläufe und Tätigkeiten von Kaufleuten kennen, bis du schliesslich im operativen Bereich mitwirken kannst.

Wichtig für diesen Beruf ist, dass du gerne am Computer arbeitest, eine gute Auffassungsgabe hast und dich in einer Büroumgebung wohlfühlst. Ideale Voraussetzungen sind zudem ansprechende Noten aus der Sekundarschule und Freude an Mathematik und Sprachen.

  • Zu Beginn lernst du vor allem Aufgaben im Back-Office kennen, wie z.B. die Bearbeitung von Spesenabrechnungen, den Postversand oder Zusatzarbeiten in Form von Rechnungskontrollen etc.
  • Im nächsten Schritt geht es darum, die Grundlagen für Abrechnung von Transportleistungen zu erarbeiten und nach Einführung selbstständige Tätigkeiten dieses Arbeitsbereiches zu übernehmen
  • Später bieten wir dir die Möglichkeit, im operativen Tagesgeschäft tätig zu sein, Aufträge entgegen zu nehmen und zu bearbeiten, Abklärungen zu treffen und bei damit verbundenen Aufgaben mitzuhelfen
  • Dazwischen bieten wir dir zudem Gelegenheit, die Praxis mitzuerleben, indem du mit einem LKW unterwegs bist und einen genaueren Einblick in die Aufgaben der Chauffeure sowie die Abwicklung der Dienstleistung vor Ort erhältst
  • Auch eine Erfahrungswoche in einer Filiale gehört zu unserer Standardausbildung
