Die gibb Berufsfachschule Bern ist eine kantonale Berufsfachschule des Kantons Bern. Wir unterrichten rund 7'000 junge Menschen in mehr als 60 gewerblich-industriellen Berufen und bilden etwa 1'000 Berufstätige berufsbegleitend in der höheren Berufsbildung (HBB) aus.

Aufgaben ###

Du bist als Berufskundelehrperson verantwortlich für die schulische Ausbildung in Berufskunde an einer Klasse mit Lernenden in der Ausbildung zum/zur Sanitärpraktiker/-in EBA. Du unterrichtest Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene, die sich in der Ausbildung befinden gemäss Bildungsplan. Du gestaltest deinen Unterricht handlungskompetenzorientiert und mit zeitgemässer Didaktik. Die Anwendung neuer Lernformen ist für dich selbstverständlich und bereitet dir Freude. Im Zentrum deiner Tätigkeit als Lehrperson stehen immer die Lernenden mit ihren unterschiedlichen Charakteren und Lernbedürfnissen. Du fokussierst dich auf das individuelle Lernpotential der Lernenden und bist in der Lage, die Motivation am Lernen und für den Beruf des/der Sanitärpraktiker/-in zu übertragen. Teamarbeit ist dir ein wichtiges Anliegen.

Anforderungen ###

Grundvoraussetzungen: - Lehrabschluss als Sanitärinstallateur/-in EFZ und einige Jahre Berufserfahrung - Flexibilität, Geduld und ein gutes Gespür im Umgang mit Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen - Interesse an fachlicher und pädagogischer Weiterbildung - Motivation, den Unterricht der Sanitärpraktiker/-innen weiterzuentwickeln - Digitale Kompetenzen Diese Ausbildungen bringst du idealerweise mit (oder die Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren): - Berufs- oder Meisterprüfung Chefmonteur/-in Sanitär - Berufspädagogische Bildung von mind. 300 Lernstunden (z.B. Basismodul A, EHB) - Unterrichtserfahrung im EBA-Programm
