Als grösstes soziales Unternehmen im Raum Basel bieten wir im BSB (Bürgerspital Basel) mit rund 1'600 Mitarbeitenden sinnstiftendes Arbeiten, selbstbestimmtes Wohnen sowie umfassende Pflege und Betreuung.

 Der Jugendförderkurs bietet jungen Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen ein einjähriges Programm zur Berufswahl sowie eine gezielte Vorbereitung auf die zukünftige Ausbildung. Im gruppendynamisch gestalteten Lernfeld erwerben die Teilnehmenden Schlüsselqualifikationen und absolvieren erste Berufserfahrungen.

Lehrperson für Jugendliche in der beruflichen Integration 80 % ##

Ihr Einsatz

Sie gestalten und verantworten den Schulunterricht für 5-7 Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene in einer beruflichen Massnahme. Sie entwickeln individuelle Bildungsangebote mit dem Ziel, die Jugendlichen auf den Einstieg in eine erstmalige berufliche Ausbildung vorzubereiten. Dabei fördern Sie schulische und persönliche Kompetenzen. Den Unterricht richten Sie an den Anforderungen der angestrebten Berufsfelder und Ausbildungsniveaus aus. Sie schaffen einen verlässlichen Lernrahmen, in dem die individuellen Fähigkeiten, Ressourcen und der jeweilige Förderbedarf der Jugendlichen berücksichtigt werden. Zudem dokumentieren Sie Lernfortschritte und relevante Beobachtungen und verfassen Berichte im Rahmen des beruflichen Integrationsprozesses.

 An einem Tag pro Woche leiten Sie das Arbeitstraining. Dort können Sie Ihre handwerklichen Fähigkeiten einbringen und den Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen einen praxisnahen Zugang zu «Arbeit und Lernen» ermöglichen.

 Je nach Bedarf sind Einsätze in weiteren Settings des Jugendförderkurses möglich, insbesondere in der Handwerkstatt, der Gastronomie, im Textilatelier sowie in der Berufsvorbereitung.

 Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Sozialpädagogik, Heilpädagogik oder Lehrdiplom (vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Erfahrung möglich)
  • Unterrichtserfahrung mit Personen mit besonderen Bildungsbedürfnissen
  • Erfahrung, individuelle und ganzheitliche Bildungsangebote zu gestalten
  • Offenheit, in einem innovativen Team mitzuarbeiten und (sozial-)pädagogisches Wissen einzubringen
  • Interesse an der Begleitung von Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen in herausfordernden und belastenden Situationen und Krisen
  • Freude an Vernetzungsarbeit und Verfassen von Berichten
  • Handwerkliches Geschick von Vorteil; Kenntnisse rund ums Velo sind ein Plus, jedoch keine Voraussetzung
