Willkommen in Aarwangen! Die Schule Aarwangen liegt im Oberaargau in der Agglomeration zu Langenthal. Wir verstehen uns als integrative Schule. Es werden rund 540 Kinder in 27 Klassen altersdurchmischt unterrichtet, davon sind fünf Kindergartenklassen. Unsere Schule wird von einem unterstützenden Schulleitungsteam geführt. Die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Lehrpersonen wird von allen sehr geschätzt. Alle Klassen werden durch schulische HeilpädagogInnen und DaZ- Lehrpersonen unterstützt. In der Schulanlage Sonnhalde befinden sich drei Schulhäuser, zwei Kindergärten, die Tagesschule, die Sportanlagen, das Schwimmbad mit Lehrschwimmbecken und die Aula. Drei weitere Kindergärten befinden sich im Dorf verteilt. Ab dem Schuljahr 2027/28 führen wir zusätzlich eine Basisstufenklasse im Schulhaus Ost.

Aufgaben ###

Sie unterrichten im Team die neu eröffnete Basisstufenklasse mit einem Wochenpensum von 14-16 Lektionen. Das Basisstufenteam arbeitet dabei eng mit unseren Speziallehrpersonen (IF, DaZ, Logopädie) zusammen. Die Funktion der Klassenlehrperson wird im Team aufgeteilt. Zusammen mit Ihrer Stellenpartnerin richten Sie die neuen Basisstufen-Räumlichkeiten ein, gestalten gemeinsam den Stundenplan und passen das interne Konzept an. Zudem wird das Klassen-Team für den Einstieg von der PH Bern begleitet.

Anforderungen ###

Sie verfügen über ein entsprechendes Stufendiplom oder schliessen dieses bald ab. Vorzugsweise ergänzen Sie das Basisstufenteam mit Ihrer Berufserfahrung auf der Stufe 1./2. Klasse oder an einer Basisstufe. Sie sind eine pflichtbewusste, kommunikative, engagierte und belastbare Persönlichkeit und sind sich den Umgang mit Kindern, Lehrpersonen und Eltern gewöhnt. Sie unterrichten gerne im Team und interessieren sich für das Modell der Basisstufe.
