Du bist ein handwerkliches Multitalent, sorgst in und um unseren Gebäuden für die Wartung, pflegst die Aussenanlagen und und kümmerst dich um die Reinigungen. Ausserdem entsorgst du fachgerecht den Abfall.

Aufgaben ##

  • Du hältst Gebäude, Aussen- und Grünanlagen in Ordnung.
  • Du überwachst die Haustechnik, regulierst Heizungen und behebst Störungen.
  • Du übernimmst einfachere Reparaturen, Maurer-, Maler- und Schreinerarbeiten.
  • Du ersetzt Leuchtmittel, Türschlösser sowie Sicherungen und kontrollierst Elektro- und Wasserinstallationen.
  • Du wartest Werkzeuge, Geräte und Maschinen.

Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene obligatorische Schulzeit
  • Freude an praktischen Tätigkeiten und technisches Verständnis
  • Sicherheitsbewusstsein und Verlässlichkeit
  • Fähigkeit, selbständig und im Team zu arbeiten
  • Guter Umgang mit verschiedenen Menschen

Die Stiftung Alterswohnungen der Stadt Zürich SAW betreibt aktuell 36 Siedlungen mit über 2000 bezahlbaren Wohnungen für Menschen ab 60 Jahren. Sie unterstützt ihre Mieter\*innen mit alltags-nahen, sozialen und pflegerischen Dienstleistungen und ermöglicht ihnen dadurch eine hohe Lebensqualität bis ins hohe Alter. Bis 2035 plant die SAW, weitere Siedlungen mit rund 1000 zusätzlichen Wohnungen in Betrieb zu nehmen.
