Das Alterszentrum Turm-Matt setzt mit erstklassigen pflegerischen Leistungen professionelle Standards. Unsere Bewohner erhalten bei uns eine individuelle Betreuung in einem stilvollen, gemütlichen Ambiente. Optimale medizinische Leistungen und das Wohl des Menschen stehen für uns im Mittelpunkt.

Bei einem Umgebungswechsel in das Alterszentrum Turm-Matt mit insgesamt 46 Betten, möchten wir unseren Bewohnern durch die familiäre Wohnsituation ein Gefühl von zuhause vermitteln. Stilvolle Geborgenheit kombiniert mit zuvorkommendem Service und Freundlichkeit runden das Angebot ab und ist für uns oberstes Gebot.

Als Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit steht der Mensch im Mittelpunkt. Du begleitest unsere Bewohnenden im Alltag und unterstützt sie dort, wo deine Hilfe gebraucht wird.

Dabei erwarten dich vielfältige und spannende Aufgaben:

  • Pflegen und Betreuen
  • Ausführen von medizinaltechnischen Verrichtungen
  • Fördern und Erhalten von Gesundheit und Hygiene
  • Administration und Logistik
  • Alltagsgestaltung und Hauswirtschaft

 

IHR PROFIL - DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT

Du bist eine offene und engagierte Persönlichkeit und hast Freude daran, mit Menschen zu arbeiten.

Idealerweise bringst du Folgendes mit:

  • Kontaktfreude und Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Freude im Umgang mit betagten Bewohnenden 
  • Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und Selbständigkeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit
  • Belastbarkeit und Ausdauer
  • Gute Schulbildung mit sehr gutem Real- oder Sekundarschulabschluss
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
