Das erwartet dich 

Während deiner dreijährigen Lehre lernst du alles, was es für eine erfolgreiche Karriere im Kundendialog braucht. 

Du wirst: 

  • Kundinnen und Kunden telefonisch, schriftlich und persönlich beraten. 
  • Fragen zu unseren Produkten und Dienstleistungen beantworten und passende Lösungen finden. 
  • Reklamationen professionell bearbeiten und für positive Kundenerlebnisse sorgen. 
  • Täglich mit Menschen aus verschiedenen Regionen und Kulturen kommunizieren. 
  • Moderne Informationssysteme und digitale Tools nutzen. 
  • Kundenzufriedenheitsumfragen durchführen und wertvolle Rückmeldungen auswerten. 
  • Ehemalige Kundinnen und Kunden kontaktieren und sie für unsere Dienstleistungen begeistern. 
  • Deine Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch, Englisch und weiteren Landessprachen einsetzen. 
  • Von erfahrenen Berufs- und Praxisausbildenden begleitet und individuell gefördert werden. 
  • Während der Ausbildung besuchst du an zwei Tagen pro Woche die Berufsfachschule in Bern. 

Das bringst du mit 

Du passt zu uns, wenn du- 

  • mindestens 16 Jahre alt bist (bei Lehrbeginn) 
  • die obligatorische Schule mit mittleren oder hohen Anforderungen abgeschlossen hast 
  • in der Region wohnst 
  • gerne mit Menschen kommunizierst und offen auf andere zugehst 
  • gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mitbringst und Freude an Fremdsprachen hast 
  • lösungsorientiert denkst und auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick behältst 
  • gerne im Team arbeitest 
  • Freude an digitalen Tools und Computerarbeit hast 
  • motiviert bist, Neues zu lernen und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
