Arbeitest du gerne handwerklich, schätzt die Teamarbeit und einen Arbeitsplatz an der frischen Luft? Dann ist die Ausbildung als Gleisbauer/-in EFZ bei der Südostbahn genau das Richtige für dich. In deiner dreijährigen Ausbildung am Standort Samstagern wirst du Teil eines Teams und sorgst im Hintergrund dafür, dass Personen und Güter umweltschonend, sicher und zuverlässig auf dem Schienennetz transportiert werden können. ###

Das erwartet dich

  • Gleise und Weichen kontrollieren, unterhalten und ersetzen
  • Dienstwege und Bankette erstellen und unterhalten
  • Versetzen von Betonfertigelementen, Reparatur und Wartungsarbeiten an den Entwässerungssystemen der Bahnanlage
  • Mitarbeit bei der Böschungspflege, der Vegetationskontrolle und den dafür notwendigen Unterhaltsarbeiten
  • Im Rahmen unserer Ausbildungskooperation arbeitest du in regelmässigen Einsätzen mit Lernenden anderer Betriebe zusammen und erhältst Einblick in verschiedene Projekte. Dabei wirst du von erfahrenen Praxisbildner/-innen begleitet.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du bist handwerklich geschickt und hast ein Interesse an Technik.
  • Das Arbeiten im Team bereitet dir Freude.
  • Du bist körperlich fit und arbeitest gerne bei jeder Witterung im Freien.
  • Du bist es gewohnt sorgfältig und präzise zu arbeiten.
  • Unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten (früh am Morgen oder am Abend) stören dich nicht.
  • Du bist zuverlässig, pünktlich und hältst die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen und betrieblichen Vorgaben ein.
  • Du bringst einen Sekundar- oder Realabschluss mit.

An diesem Standort hast du auch die Möglichkeit eine Lehre als Gleisbaupraktiker/-in EBA zu absolvieren.
