Was erwartet dich? ##

Während deiner dreijährigen Ausbildung erhältst du Einblick in verschiedene Abteilungen und wirst in folgenden Arbeitssituationen eingesetzt:

  • Bankkunden empfangen und weitervermitteln
  • Bankkunden beraten
  • Bankkunden über digitale Kanäle unterstützen
  • Assistieren in der Beratung von Kunden
  • Bankgeschäfte administrativ vorbereiten und verarbeiten

  In den verschiedenen Abteilungen wirst du von kompetenten und erfahrenen Praxisausbildner:innen begleitet und unterstützt. Die Ausbildung bei uns kannst du entweder als EFZ (Eidg. Fähigkeitszeugnis) oder mit Berufsmaturität absolvieren. Der Branchenkundeunterricht findet beim CYP in Root und die Berufsfachschule in Schwyz statt. Das bieten wir dir:

Was bringst du mit? ##

  • abgeschlossene Sekundarstufe Niveau A mit guten Noten
  • sehr gute Verhaltensnoten (Sozialkompetenzen)
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich)
  • Voraussetzungen zum Erlernen von zwei Fremdsprachen (französisch und englisch)
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt und Interesse am Banking
  • teamfähig, zuverlässig und offen für Neues
  • flexibel, eigenverantwortlich und proaktiv
