Detailhandelsfachleute wissen Bescheid über die Produkte, die sie verkaufen. Sie sind kontaktfreudige Menschen und gehen mit Interesse und Geduld auf die Wünsche der Kundschaft ein und bewahren Ruhe, auch wenn es hektisch wird. Die Grundbildung im Detailhandel stellt die Tätigkeit im Verkaufsgeschäft in den Mittelpunkt. Angehende Detailhandelsfachleute lernen, Kunden professionell zu beraten. Dies bedeutet, dass sie das Sortiment kennen, Auskunft geben und die Kunden beraten können. Eine besondere Abwechslung bieten individuelle Kundenbestellungen, wie z.B. eine spezielle Geburtstagstorte oder ein reichhaltiger Apéro.

Die Ausbildung dauert 3 Jahre. Die Zusatzausbildung zur DHF für Detailhandelsassistentinnen dauert 2 Jahre. Nächstmöglicher Lehrbeginn: August 2026.
