Deine Aufgaben

  • Als Kauffrau/-mann EFZ im Bereich Dienstleistung und Administration arbeitest du eng mit deinem Team zusammen.
  • Du unterstützt und entlastest deine Teamkolleginnen/-kollegen in Arbeiten wie Terminkoordination oder im Bearbeiten von Anfragen.
  • Dank deinem Einsatz im Schreiben von Offerten und Kaufverträgen, sowie im Führen der Korrespondenz legst du wichtige Grundsteine für dein Team.
  • Du organisierst Veranstaltungen und Geschäftsreisen und führst bei Besprechungen das Protokoll, welches du dann für alle hinterlegst.
  • Auch das Finanz- und Rechnungswesen ist ein wichtiger Teil deiner Arbeit.
  • Du erstellst Rechnungen, verbuchst Geschäftsvorgänge, berechnest die Mehrwertsteuern und erstellst Lohn- sowie Versicherungsabrechnungen.
