  • Du erlernst Aufgaben, Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe in unterschiedlichen Abteilungen und erarbeitest die vorgegebenen Handlungskompetenzen in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Praxisbildnern.
  • Du hast persönlichen, telefonischen und schriftlichen Kundenkontakt.
  • Du arbeitest vom ersten Tag an aktiv und selbständig in den Fachabteilungen mit.
  • Die Ausbildung bei der CONCORDIA bietet dir ein Sprungbrett für deine berufliche Zukunft.

Das bringst du mit ###

  • Du bist aktuell in der Sekundarschule Niveau P/E oder im Gymnasium und hast gute Noten in den Hauptfächern.
  • Das Gesundheitswesen sowie im Speziellen die Kranken- und Sozialversicherungsbranche interessieren dich.
  • Du kannst dich mündlich sowie schriftlich gewandt ausdrücken.
  • Du hast Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen, bist vielseitig interessiert, arbeitest gerne im Team und lernst einfach und schnell.
  • Als Person bist du freundlich, offen und hast gute Umgangsformen. Du bringst eine hohe Lernbereitschaft sowie Eigenverantwortung mit.
