Mitwirken

  • Fachliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Leistungserfassungsapplikation IBICare
  • Erstellen, pflegen und optimieren von Leistungskatalogen, Leistungsbelegen und Leistungsblöcken und sicherstellen deren Aktualität
  • Durchführen von Schulungen für neue Mitarbeitende und Unterstützung der Anwenderinnen und Anwender im sicheren Umgang mit der Leistungserfassungssoftware
  • Korrekte und vollständige Leistungserfassung der ärztlichen Leistungen auf der Notfallstation
  • Ansprechperson für Ärztinnen und Ärzte im Bereich Leistungserfassung
  • Koordination der Nacherfassung fehlender Leistungen und stehen dabei in engem Austausch mit den Leistungserbringenden
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit dem Medizincontrolling und der Patientenadministration
  • Mitwirken bei laufenden Tarifprojekten

Mitbringen

  • Medizinische oder pflegerische Ausbildung
  • GuteTarifkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Leistungserfassung oder -kontrolle sowie mit elektronischer Krankengeschichte
  • Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse, IBICare Office Desktop und KISIM-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
