Das erwartet dich ###

  • Du bearbeitest selbständig Medikamentenfälle ausserhalb der Spezialitätenliste und Leistungsfälle in allen Bereichen der sozialen Krankenversicherung.
  • Mit Leistungserbringern und Versicherten kommunizierst du schriftlich und telefonisch.
  • Du führst Verhandlungen mit Leistungserbringern und Herstellern.
  • Retrospektive Rückforderungen runden dein Aufgabengebiet ab.
  • Zudem arbeitest du in Projekten innerhalb des Teams Leistungsaudits mit.

Das bringst du mit ###

  • Du hast eine Grundausbildung im medizinischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich abgeschlossen.
  • In der Leistungsabwicklung einer sozialen Krankenversicherung konntest du bereits Berufserfahrung sammeln und bringst vertieftes Fachwissen im Leistungsbereich mit (vorzugsweise Art. 71a-d KVV). Dies ist eine zwingende Voraussetzung.
  • Als durchsetzungsfähiger Mensch bist du in der Lage, mündlich und schriftlich individuell zu kommunizieren. Deine Arbeitsweise ist exakt und effizient.
  • Wenn du zudem gute Französischkenntnisse mitbringst, ist dies ein Vorteil.
