Für diese etablierte und renommierte Allgemein\-Praxis im RAUM USTER und aufgrund einer langfristig geplanten Struktur\-Anpassung bin ich mit der Suche nach einer vielseitigen, sozialkompetenten und versierten Persönlichkeit beauftragt.

Leitende MPA als PRAXIS\-MANAGERIN 80 – 100 % (m/w)

Ihre Aufgaben: * Konzeptionelle und operative Leitung des kleinen Praxis\-Teams in fachlicher und organisatorischer Hinsicht (inkl. Lernenden\-Betreuung) * Verantwortung über das Sprechstunden\- und Notfall\-Management wie auch Koordination aller administrativer Prozesse * Aktive Mitarbeit im klinischen Alltag (Blutentnahme, Injektionen, EKG, Lungenchecks, Blutdruck, digitales Röntgen sowie allgemeine Laborarbeiten * Steuerung und Leitung hinsichtlich des Tarifwesens (Abrechnungen nach TARDOC, ambulante Pauschalen sowie des Qualitäts\-Managements (Hygiene, MPG etc.) * Interaktive Zusammenarbeit in verschiedenen Projekten in der Praxis und enger Austausch mit der Praxisleitung, Teilnahme an Aus\- und Weiterbildungs\-Angeboten Ihr Profil:

  • Fundierte Ausbildung im medizinischen Umfeld (z. B. MPA EFZ oder vergleichbarer Lehrgänge) mit möglicher Weiterbildung fachlich und/oder betriebswirtschaftlich
  • Langjährige Praxiserfahrung und fundiertes medizinisches Know\-how als Medizinische Praxisassistentin und von Vorteil mit ersten Führungserfahrungen oder dem Wunsch und Potential dazu
  • Ausgewiesene medizinische Tätigkeit in einem vielseitigen, herausfordernden und sozialkompetenten Umfeld mit flacher Hierarchie und eigeninitiativer Ausprägung
  • Sicherer Umgang in Bezug auf die Praxis\-Software (Aeskulap, Microsoft) sowie dem aktuellen Tarifsystem TARDOC, allgemeine Marketing\-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Versierte, professionelle, kontaktfreudige, werthaltige und sozialkompetente Persönlichkeit, Wohnort in der Grossregion Zürich\-Oberland (kein Homeoffice möglich)
