The posting

Das Institut für Anästhesiologie und Perioperative Medizin (IFA) des Universitätsspitals Zürich (USZ) erbringt jährlich mehr als 30'000 Leistungen in der ambulanten und stationären Anästhesiologie, der innerklinischen und ausserklinischen Notfallmedizin sowie in der akuten und chronischen Schmerzmedizin. Im Rahmen der hochspezialisierten Medizin verfügt das USZ über Leistungsaufträge für sämtliche Transplantationen sowie für die Behandlung von schwer brandverletzten und mehrfachverletzten Patientinnen und Patienten. Ein grosser Teil unserer ärztlichen Mitarbeitenden befindet sich in der Weiterbildung zur Fachärztin / zum Facharzt Anästhesiologie. Das IFA ist eine Weiterbildungsstätte der Kategorie A1. Das Universitätsspital Zürich ist eines der grössten Spitäler in der Schweiz. Unsere über 8'600 Mitarbeitenden und rund 700 Auszubildende setzen sich täglich für das Wohl unserer Patient:innen ein. ###

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche anästhesiologische Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten aller Altersgruppen und Fachdisziplinen im gesamten universitären Versorgungsspektrum
  • Anästhesiologische Versorgung komplexer Patientinnen und Patienten sowie anspruchsvoller Eingriffe in der hochspezialisierten Medizin (HSM)
  • Selbstständige Durchführung und fachliche Mitgestaltung der Kinderanästhesie im universitären Umfeld
  • Teilnahme am Schicht- und Hintergrunddienst
  • Übernahme von Führungs-, Organisations- und Koordinationsaufgaben
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der ärztlichen Weiterbildung, Krankenversorgung, Qualitätssicherung, Forschung und Lehre
  • Anleitung, Supervision, Weiterbildung und Mentoring von Assistenz- und Kaderärztinnen und -ärzten

Ihr Profil

Fachliche Qualifikation

  • Facharzttitel Anästhesiologie (FMH oder äquivalent), Dissertation
  • Mehrjährige oberärztliche klinische Erfahrung an einem Universitätsspital oder einem Spital der Maximalversorgung
  • Breite klinische Expertise und nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, das gesamte universitäre Spektrum der anästhesiologischen Versorgung selbstständig und auf hohem fachlichem Niveau abzudecken
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der anästhesiologischen Versorgung komplexer Patientinnen und Patienten sowie in der hochspezialisierten Medizin (HSM)
  • Ausgewiesene Expertise in der Kinderanästhesiologie mit sicherer selbstständiger klinischer Tätigkeit
  • Erfahrung in der Supervision, Anleitung und fachlichen Entwicklung ärztlicher Mitarbeitende

  • Habilitation, ausgewiesene wissenschaftliche Tätigkeit und/oder MBA
  • Erfahrung in der Weiterentwicklung klinischer Standards, Behandlungskonzepte oder Qualitätsprojekte in der universitären Anästhesiologie
