Der Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrische Dienst (KJPD) sucht für die Fachsprechstunde Autismus per 1. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Leitende Psychologin / Oberärztin

Ihre Aufgaben ##

  • Personelle und fachliche Leitung eines Teams mit zirka 6 Mitarbeitenden als direkte Vorgesetzte
  • Fachliches Coaching von Mitarbeitenden der Fachsprechstunde und des allgemeinpsychiatrischen Ambulatoriums
  • Durchführung von ambulanten (test-) diagnostischen Abklärungen von Kindern und Jugendlichen
  • Durchführung von psychotherapeutischen Behandlungen im Einzel- und Gruppensetting im Bereich Autismus, einschliesslich Elterntraining
  • Beratung und Therapie von Kindern und Jugendlichen sowie deren Eltern/Familien
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und dem Ausbau der spezialisierten Fachsprechstunde Autismus
  • Vernetzungsarbeit mit internen und externen Fachpersonen, Institutionen, Behörden und Versicherungen

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossenes Psychologiestudium oder Medizinstudium sowie eidgenössisch anerkannte Weiterbildung in Psychotherapie / ärztlicher Fachtitel Psychiatrie
  • Erfahrung in der Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie und besonderes Interesse am Thema Autismus
  • Führungserfahrung oder ausgewiesenes Interesse an der Übernahme einer Führungsfunktion
  • Ausgeprägte Sozial- und Kommunikationskompetenz sowie Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbare, flexible und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit mit Humor und Engagement
