Sie möchten psychotherapeutische Qualität prägen, Verantwortung übernehmen und den Aufbau eines neuen Standorts aktiv mitgestalten? Für eine etablierte ambulante und tagesklinische Institution im Bereich Psychiatrie und Psychosomatik suchen wir im Auftrag unseres Kunden eine erfahrene und führungsstarke* Leitende Fachpsychotherapeutin* für den Standort Zürich im 100% Pensum.

Die Institution ist spezialisiert auf die Behandlung von Stressfolgeerkrankungen, affektiven Störungen, Angststörungen sowie chronischen Schmerzen mit psychiatrischer Komorbidität. Der Therapieansatz ist interdisziplinär, strukturiert und konsequent patientenorientiert.

Das erwartet Sie in dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe

  • Fachliche Leitung und Supervision des psychotherapeutischen Teams
  • Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen, evidenzbasierten und patientenzentrierten psychotherapeutischen Versorgung
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Standortkonzepts im Rahmen der übergeordneten Klinikstrategie
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Klinikleitung sowie mit psychiatrischen und therapeutischen Fachpersonen
  • Eigene psychotherapeutische Tätigkeit mit Verantwortung für einen eigenen Patientinnen- und Patientenstamm
  • Durchführung von Indikationsgesprächen, Fallführungen sowie Teilnahme an interdisziplinären Standortbesprechungen
  • Aufbau und Pflege externer Kooperationen mit Zuweisenden, Arbeitgebern und Versicherungen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Hochschulabschluss in Psychologie auf Masterstufe oder gleichwertiger anerkannter Abschluss
  • Mindestens drei Jahre klinische Berufserfahrung, davon mindestens ein Jahr in einer SIWF-anerkannten Institution
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Hohe fachliche Kompetenz kombiniert mit ausgeprägter Führungs- und Sozialkompetenz
