Leitende/r Apotheker/\-in Die Klinik Arlesheim ist ein führendes Zentrum für integrative Medizin. Seit über 100 Jahren kombinieren wir die Schulmedizin erfolgreich mit der Anthroposophischen Medizin. Stationär betreuen wir bis zu 90 Patientinnen und Patienten in den Bereichen Onkologie, Innere Medizin und Psychiatrie/Psychosomatik. Ergänzt wird unser Angebot durch eine onkologische Tagesklinik und weitere ambulante Angebote wie die hausärztliche Medizin und neun fachärztliche Ambulanzen. Rund um die Uhr sind wir für unsere Patientinnen und Patienten da, sei es in unserem 24h\-Notfall, durch die akutmedizinische Versorgung zuhause (Hospital at Home) oder im direkten persönlichen Kontakt. Die öffentliche Apotheke, die Spitalapotheke und das Heilmittellabor befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zur Klinik. Für unsere Apotheke suchen wir eine/n Leitende/r Apotheker/\-in 100% Aufgabenprofil: Leitung der öffentlichen Apotheke FvP für unsere grosse Formula Magistralis Heilmittelproduktion unter kantonaler Bewilligung Mitarbeiterführung gemäss den Führungsgrundsätzen der KLA Betreuung und Beratung unserer anspruchsvollen Kundschaft Weiterentwicklung der Apotheke im Spannungsfeld von Qualität, Kundenorientierung und Wirtschaftlichkeit Sie bringen bitte mit: Bewilligung zur selbständigen Ausübung des Apothekerberufes Gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im GMP Bereich Interesse an der anthroposophischen Pharmazie selbständige, zuverlässige Person mit Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägtem unternehmerischen Handeln Flexibilität, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Freude am Kundenkontakt Darauf können Sie sich (unter anderem) freuen: eine abwechslungsreiche und verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum eine Klinik, bei der die Arbeitskultur von einer hohen Wertschätzung unseren Mitarbeitenden gegenüber mit viel Freiraum für Ihre Ideen und Initiativen geprägt ist ein motiviertes und eingespieltes Team gut zu erreichender Arbeitsort mit ausgezeichneter ÖV\-Anbindung mindestens 5 Wochen Ferien Trauen Sie sich diese spannende Aufgabe zu?
