Das erwartet Sie ##

  • Sie gestalten die Rehabilitation in der oberärztlichen Position mit. Abhängig von Ihren Fähigkeiten werden Sie sich in allen Bereichen oder in einem Bereich der Rehabilitation vertieft weiterentwickeln
  • Sie übernehmen selbständige Hintergrunddienst für alle Kompetenzlinien (Rufbereitschaft mit 30 Minuten Anreiseweg)
  • Sie übernehmen die Führung der Assistenzärzte:innen im Fachgebiet, beteiligen sich an der Weiterbildung (Kategorie B PMR und C Innere Medizin) und fördern die interdisziplinäre und interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit

Das bringen Sie mit ##

  • Sie sind Fachärztin:arzt im Bereich Physikalische Medizin und Rehabilitation (Facharzttitel PMR) und Allgemeine Innere Medizin (Facharzttitel Innere Medizin) oder kurz vor dem Abschluss
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch Engagement, analytisch vernetztes Denken und Umsetzungsorientierung aus, haben Freude am selbständigen Arbeiten und an der klinischen Medizin
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch eine hohe Sozialkompetenz und sind eine motivierte und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
  • Interesse an der aktiven Gestaltung der Weiterbildung der Assitenzärzte:innen im -bedside teaching- und im Weiterbildungsprogramm Rehabilitation und Innere Medizin
  • Interesse an klinischer Forschung, ev. Habilitation
