Als Leitende Ärztin oder Leitender Arzt für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie prägen Sie die fachliche Ausrichtung der Alters- und Neuropsychiatrie und bauen eine alterspsychiatrische Tagesklinik auf. In St. Gallen suchen wir Sie

per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung im Pensum nach Vereinbarung.

Sie steuern das alterspsychiatrische Angebot über ambulante, tagesklinische und konsiliarische Settings hinweg und tragen die kaderärztliche Verantwortung für Patientinnen und Patienten ab 60 Jahren.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe

  • Sie steuern als kaderärztliche Leitung die fachliche Ausrichtung und Weiterentwicklung der Alters- und Neuropsychiatrie über ambulante, tagesklinische und konsiliarische Settings
  • Sie führen die Oberärztinnen und Oberärzte, Assistenzärztinnen und Assistenzärzte sowie Psychologinnen und Psychologen fachlich und personell und verantworten deren Weiterbildung und Supervision
  • Sie stellen mit dem interprofessionellen Team die medizinische und therapeutische Versorgung von Patientinnen und Patienten ab 60 Jahren sicher
  • Sie übernehmen den Aufbau der alterspsychiatrischen Tagesklinik konzeptionell, organisatorisch und fachlich und entwickeln einen settingübergreifenden Behandlungspfad
  • Sie vernetzen sich aktiv mit Heimen, Spitex und weiteren Spitalpartnern und fördern eine Behandlungskultur nach den Prinzipien von Recovery und Shared Decision Making

Das bringen Sie mit - Facharzttitel für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie oder gleichwertiger ausländischer Facharzttitel - Idealerweise Schwerpunkttitel Alters- und Neuropsychiatrie oder eine bereits begonnene entsprechende Weiterbildung - Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in einer psychiatrischen Institution mit ambulantem Behandlungsangebot - Freude an der Weiterbildung psychologischer Mitarbeitender und ausgeprägte Bereitschaft zur interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1)
