Leitende Ärztin / Leitender Arzt 80 \- 100% ============================================

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

* Fachärztlich\-therapeutische Leitung und Gesamtverantwortung in der Führung und Koordination zweier von fünf Akutstationen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der pflegerischen Leitung und der Chefärztin

* Fachlich\-therapeutische Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des Konsiliar\- und Liaisondienstes (K\&L) für externe sozialpsychiatrische Heime

* Sicherstellung einer modernen bedarfsorientierten Grundversorgung im Akutbereich unter Einbezug des Qualitätssicherungssystems der ipw

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung anstehender Versorgungsprojekte der ipw, in Abstimmung mit freien und kommunalen Anbietern aller psychiatrischen Versorgungsebenen

* Mitglied der Bereichsleitung der Akutpsychiatrie für Erwachsene und Mitverantwortung für Führung, Qualität und Kommunikation

* Ausgewiesene Fachkompetenz mit Schwerpunkt akut\- und sozialpsychiatrische Themen

* Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in zumindest oberärztlicher Position

* Aufgeschlossene, fachliche Grundhaltung gegenüber empirischen Wissensstandards und operationalisierter Behandlungsmessung

* Tatkräftige, integrative und vermittelnde Persönlichkeit mit Sinn für Teamgeist, Netzwerkarbeit und aktive Veränderungsprozesse
