Ihre Aufgaben:

- Leitung der medizinischen Abteilung mit Schwerpunkt auf interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit

- Enge Abstimmung mit Fachärzten verschiedener Disziplinen für eine ganzheitliche Patientenversorgung

- Einführung und Weiterentwicklung neuer, innovativer Behandlungsmethoden

- Leitung von interdisziplinären Fallbesprechungen und Fortbildungen für das medizinische Personal

- Unterstützung und Förderung von Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekten innerhalb der Klinik

Ihr Profil:

- Abgeschlossenes Medizinstudium mit Facharztausbildung und Erfahrung in interdisziplinären Strukturen

- Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung sowie Engagement für Forschung und Lehre

- Interesse an neuen medizinischen Entwicklungen und deren Implementierung

- Kommunikationsstärke und Überzeugungskraft in interdisziplinären Teams
