Med Ipersonal ist ein Temporärbüro, das sich auf die Vermittlung von qualifiziertem medizinischem Fachpersonal spezialisiert hat. Mit langjähriger Erfahrung und einem umfangreichen Netzwerk unterstützt das Unternehmen Kliniken und Pflegeeinrichtungen bei der gezielten Auswahl von Fachkräften.

Für eine zukunftsorientierte medizinische Einrichtung suchen wir eine strategisch denkende Führungspersönlichkeit, die sowohl in der Medizin als auch im Gesundheitsmanagement erfahren ist.

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Strategische Entwicklung der medizinischen Abteilung und Ausbau neuer Fachbereiche

- Analyse und Optimierung medizinischer und wirtschaftlicher Prozesse zur Effizienzsteigerung

- Sicherstellung einer patientenorientierten, kostenbewussten Behandlung nach höchsten Qualitätsstandards

- Beratung der Klinikleitung bei wirtschaftlichen und medizinstrategischen Entscheidungen

- Repräsentation der Einrichtung bei Fachkongressen, wissenschaftlichen Gremien und Partnern im Gesundheitswesen

Ihr Profil:

- Abgeschlossenes Medizinstudium mit Facharztausbildung und zusätzlicher Weiterbildung im Management (z. B. MBA, Gesundheitsökonomie)

- Führungserfahrung im Spital- oder Klinikbereich

- Interesse an betriebswirtschaftlichen Aspekten im Gesundheitswesen

- Sicheres Auftreten in Verhandlungen mit internen und externen Partnern
