Deine Aufgaben

  • Koordinieren des Personaleinsatzes und Entscheiden über Abwesenheitsgesuche
  • Durchführen und Dokumentieren regelmässiger Sicherheitskontrollen
  • Gewährleisten eines störungsfreien Betriebs im gesamten Tagesgeschäft
  • Planen der jährlichen Fahrzeugwartungen inklusive Vorbereiten der amtlichen Prüftermine und Einholen von Offerten
  • Aufbauen und Begleiten interner sowie externer Weiterbildungen inklusive CZV
  • Führen von Mitarbeitergesprächen sowie Bewerten der Leistungen im Jahresverlauf

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Grundbildung EFZ oder gleichwertige Qualifikation im Transport- oder Entsorgungsumfeld
  • Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion
  • Vertrautheit mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen wie Bilanz, Erfolgsrechnung und Kostenstellen
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick gepaart mit einer sorgfältigen Arbeitsweise
  • Natürliche Führungsstärke und ein feines Gespür für Dienstleistung
  • Fahrausweis Kategorie C ist ein grosser Vorteil
  • Deutsch: Stilsicher (C2)

Nach der Probezeit profitierst du zudem von einem monatlichen leistungsabhängigen Bonus. Die Anstellung umfasst eine 46-Stunden-Woche mit vier bis fünf Wochen Ferien sowie Spesen nach ASTAG-Ansätzen, Parkplätze stehen direkt vor Ort zur Verfügung.
