Stellenbeschreibung:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Beschaffung und die Produktionsplanung (AVOR/PPS)
  • Sicherstellung eines wirtschaftlichen, effizienten und termingerechten Einkaufs\- und Produktionsplanungsprozesses
  • Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung eines leistungsfähigen Lieferantenportfolios
  • Planung, Priorisierung und Nachverfolgung der Fertigungsaufträge in enger Abstimmung mit den Teamleitern
  • Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards, Lieferterminen und Kostenzielen
  • Verantwortlich für Bedarfsanalysen, Materialbeschaffung und Lieferantenmanagement
  • Aktive operative Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft (ca. 60\-70%)
  • Führen eines Teams mit 3 Mitarbeitenden und deren Förderung und Weiterentwicklung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Qualität, Logistik und R\&D

Was du mitbringst:

  • Technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Industrieerfahrung
  • Weiterbildung in den Bereichen Einkauf, Beschaffung und Produktionsplanung
  • Mindestens 10\-15 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Einkauf und / oder AVOR/PPS in einer vergleichbaren Industrie (z. B. Maschinen\-, Fahrzeug\- oder Anlagebau) mit komplexen, technischen Produkten
  • Erfahrung in Preis\-, Vertrags\- und Konditionsverhandlungen
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Produkten und Materialien
  • Sehr gute EDV\-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office, SAP)
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ein ausgeprägtes Qualitäts\- und Kostenbewusstsein
  • Hands\-on\-Mentalität sowie die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und operativ mitzuarbeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
