Mit einer Produktion von rund 900'000 Tonnen pro Jahr gehören wir zu den wichtigsten Zementherstellern der Schweiz. Insgesamt beschäftigen wir 165 Mitarbeitende aus den verschiedensten Fachgebieten: Hier können Sie Ihre Kompetenzen einbringen! ### Was Sie tun In dieser verantwortungsvollen Führungsfunktion stellen Sie die Personen\\- und Anlagensicherheit sowie die hohe Verfügbarkeit aller elektrischen Installationen und Systeme sicher. Zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich gehören: \* Fachkundiger Leiter gemäss NIV \* Anlageverantwortliche Person für die gesamte Elektroinfrastruktur \* Fachliche und personelle Führung des Elektro\\-Unterhalts \* Verantwortung für die Bereiche Korrektive Instandhaltung sowie Präventive Instandhaltung und Metrologie \* Erstellung und Überwachung des Budgets in Abstimmung mit dem technischen Leiter \* Planung, Koordination und Steuerung der Instandhaltungsaktivitäten \* Durchführung technischer Analysen und Erarbeitung nachhaltiger Lösungskonzepte \* Leitung von Projekten und Investitionsvorhaben \* Weiterentwicklung von Anlagen, Prozessen und Standards \* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben, Normen und Sicherheitsrichtlinien \* Förderung der Sicherheitskultur sowie Begleitung von Audits und Zertifizierungen \* Teilnahme am Pikettdienst (ca. alle acht Wochen) ### Was Sie mitbringen Sie verfügen über eine fundierte technische Ausbildung sowie Führungserfahrung in einem industriellen Umfeld. Zudem bringen Sie folgende Qualifikationen mit: \* Abschluss als Dipl. Elektroinstallations\\- und Sicherheitsexperte, Dipl. Techniker HF Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung \* Fachkundigkeit gemäss NIV \* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung oder im Betrieb industrieller Anlagen \* Erfahrung in der Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden \* Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ausgeprägtes Kosten\\- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein \* Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise \* Hohe Entscheidungsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Sozialkompetenz \* Deutsch\\- oder ösisch als Muttersprache mit guten Kenntnissen der jeweils anderen Sprache (mind.
