  • Zusammen mit Ihrem Team tragen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für die Finanz- und Controllingaufgaben der Securitas AG und agieren als Business Partner gegenüber der Geschäftsleitung und den Regionen.
  • Verantwortung für Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse sowie für die finanzielle Steuerung und Performance-Messung der Unternehmung.
  • Sicherstellung des Tagesgeschäftes, des periodischen Reportings und verschiedenster Analysen (v.a. Finanz- und Liquiditätsreporting, Finanzplanung. (Budget/Forecast/Investitionen), Performance Management, Risikomanagement).
  • Verantwortung für das Interne Kontrollsystem (IKS) sowie für das unternehmensweite Risikomanagement und Sicherstellung der ordentlichen Rechnungslegung (nach Swiss GAAP FER).
  • Verantwortung für interne Revisionen in den Regionaldirektionen sowie Hauptansprechpartner für externe Revisionen.
  • Leitung der Fachkommission Finanzen & Controlling sowie Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung der Finance-Systeme (ERP, Reporting- und Controllinglösungen) und die Leitung bereichsübergreifender Projekte.

Was Sie mitbringen ##

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft (Universität/FH) mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Controlling oder Rechnungswesen sowie idealerweise eine höhere Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder Controlling
  • Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung sowie Führungskompetenz in einer leitenden Funktion im Finanz- und Controllingbereich eines grösseren Unternehmens
  • Hohe IT-Affinität sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP FI/CO, Power BI und modernen Reporting- und ERP-Systemen; Erfahrung in der Weiterentwicklung von Finanzprozessen und Systemlandschaften von Vorteil
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch, sehr gute Französischkenntnisse (Word & Schrift)
  • Gewinnendes und sicheres Auftreten und die Gabe, mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechgruppen konstruktiv zusammenzuarbeiten
